Chapter 4 | BLUE
Calling to mind the feeling of looking up and seeing a vast infinite blue sky hovering soft above us, or looking down at the soft and peaceful motion of blue ocean waves, blue is a colour that makes us feel pure bliss.
Seeking peace and tranquility, this heavenly hue induces a sense of relaxation and order. It creates a feeling of calmness, serenity and order. And, above everything else, promotes physical and mental relaxation.
