Yes, we do, in fact, we provide free worldwide shipping.

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipment notification email that will contain a clickable tracking number that will take you to the online tracking page.
You can also find your tracking number on your account page on www.xnihilo.com.au if you logged in before making your purchase. To do this, simply login to your account on www.xnihilo.com.au and click “View Order” next to the appropriate order. There you’ll find your shipping method that will show the tracking number(s) associated with that order.
Possibly, but it is rare for that to happen. All orders and shipments are filled in full from our head office, but in rare cases, an item or set of items can that is not immediately available might be sent on later date. In this case, you may receive multiple tracking numbers through our shipment notification emails.
If you placed 2 separate orders within 24 hours with the same shipping address, we would combine the products in one parcel to make receiving parcels easier for you as well as reducing greenhouse emission with smarter logistic solutions.
Tracking numbers can take a few hours from the time they are generated to become active/ updated on the courier’s website so please try again in a few hours’ time. Often tracking numbers will not become active until a package has reached one of the larger shipping hubs, which can take a few hours after they are picked up from our head office.
Yes you can if your purchase value requirement are applicable to the TRS rules to claim tax. The invoice you will received upon confirming your order has all the details to make the claim. Simply print it out and present at the TRS office.

There will be no Australian GST component on your invoice for international orders shipping to address outside of Australia.
Tax and duty will be applicable where the receiver registered on the order will be contacted by local customs on instructions to clear any local tax and duty applicable to clear customs.
It is the receiver's responsibility to action the clearance including any tax and duty payable with customs at destination country. In event this process is delayed or refusal to action from the receiver, X NIHILO will not be able to refund the order unless the parcel is returned to X NIHILO and received. In request to resend the order, additional shipping charges will be applicable.
In event where the return is a result of non-performance of the buyer, total refund value will be the original purchase order amount minus the shipping charges.
Unfortunately, X NIHILO will not be authorised to respond on your behalf with local customs and courier to arrange any actions as only the receiver will have the authority to do so.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We offer a 30 day return policy. In the event you are not happy with your purchase or simply a change of mind, send back your item/s in new, unused and with all X NIHILO tags attached.
Please note the return item/s will need to be received within 30 days from the day you receive the parcel. Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
In event where the return is a result of non-performance of the buyer e.g. not responding to custom requirements and uncollected parcel return, total refund value will be the original order amount minus the shipping charges.
Selected sale and promotional purchases are non-refundable. Please refer to the “Purchase/s made on special promotions” section below.
Exchanges are available should you change your mind and we will look after all the shippings for you. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through X NIHILO. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Products that have been made to order, customised and personalised cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
