We hope you will be inspired by the world of X NIHILO as you join us at our first Pop Up event in Singapore.
As a retail assistant, you will be working alongside with Jenny, Founder of X NIHILO in a hands on retail environment.
This opportunity is rare, intimate and with customer service in mind.
You are stylish, energetic, fun and enthusiastic with excellent communication and customer service skills.
You are a fast learner, the ability to learn on the go, work with a sense of urgency, take initiatives,
loves the product and excellent customer service skills.
Must be 18+ years of age
Able to arrange own meals and transport
Work 5 days per week, 9 - 11 hours per day
Display a high level of customer service
Previous retail sales experience
Representing the brand and being an ambassador
This includes
Providing our customers a world-class customer service experience
Maintaining a working knowledge of the fit, materials and function details of our products
Drive towards achieving your daily sales target
Client relationship management and drive brand loyalty
Provide assistance, information and advice to walk-in customers
Assist with daily operations relating to opening, closing and overall running of the store
Assist with receiving and preparation for sale and display of goods
Process sales transactions
Wrapping of goods after finalising sale transaction
Assist in maintaining the general cleanliness and tidiness of the store
The ability to lead and take on higher duties tasks as needed
